Kelly is a strategic facilitator, certified Conversations Worth Having (CWH) trainer, and speaker. She is also a co-founder of the CWH Institute Inc., which offers training programs and resources to improve workplace communications. What connects the two areas of focus? Both are rooted in Appreciative Inquiry as well as other research in the areas of neuroscience, positive psychology, and positive emotions. Her approach provides actionable frameworks for leaders to move their organizations toward what they desire rather than only what they want to avoid, and in the process, strengthens their teams and provides a positive environment for sustained success.
